Grinkle Park Hotel

Grinkle Park Hotel staff were very efficient and friendly, nice rooms, good food and ideal location for the sites of North Yorkshire

I would not recommend Grinkle Park Hotel because it's unfortunate as I think it's a beautiful building with both breakfast staff and reception staff who are lovely. Our room kildale bed is not right one side is soft and the other side so hard it's like lying on a cliff!
Our scones were beautiful but someone needs to learn how to use a French press as the coffee was full of grounds.
We waited 10 - 15 mins before we were served at the bar. Weren't offered a wine list - I had to ask for it after we had ate our starters.
Lots of little niggles that add up to a dissapointing stay.

I would recommend Grinkle Park Hotel to friends and family because as they enter the beautiful tree lined drive they will be totally relaxed by the time they reach the hotel and that will continue throughout their stay.

My experience at Grinkle Park Hotel could have been better if it had better beds. The mattress was soft and springy causing us to roll to the centre. We didn’t sleep very well. The room was far too hot ( no air conditioning) and the bathroom like a sauna with no means of turning the towel rail off which was dangerously hot. We were glad it was only a one night stay. It’s a pity as the hotel is lovely and the food was very good.

My experience at Grinkle Park Hotel was memorable because of the highest standards of customer care are adhered to. Amazing food and accommodation, friendly attentive staff in all areas of the hotel.
